Incompotent Consultants
When I joined Budget Insurance in 2017, they were aware that my daughter who lives with me is a professional photographer, and they had no problem insuring her camera. On Friday I asked if I could put a more expensive camera on for 10 days as she was going to Mauritius to shoot a wedding, I was told it would be in order if I pay for the full month, which I was happy to do. All of a sudden I get told by Mary Hlatshwayo that they cannot insure a professional photographer's equipment on my insurance. Why was it not a problem from the start? These consultants are so ***********, and everyone has their own story. I am seriously reconsidering having anything to do with these people.
