Incomplete repairs

On the 20th of March 2026 I collected my car from the panel beaters after it went in for repairs but the sensors were not fixed when I logged a claim i took my car for inspections the sensors were one of the things that needed to be repaired when the claim was approved

Budget has been moving me from pillar to post for the past two months promising me that the assessor will call me but nothing i bumped my car as I was reversing because the sensors are not working who must pay for the access now?

If Budget attended to my complain non of this would have happened the panel beater did confirm that repairing a sensors is not a complicated job they just need a go ahead from Budget this hurts my car got damaged because Budget failed to do what I've been paying them to do
