I'm beyond gatvol, my wife was involved in an accident on the 12th of February 2019,****en budget took a month to get the car fixed. I was turned from pillar to post.. I got my car back in the 22nd of March 2019 with more damages that wasn't worth even there before the accident.. The door straps are loose, the engen light is on 24/7,the settings are off.. Idling is high, temperature high... I now have a ****ed up car.. Called the repairers who budget took my car to, and they told me they will boom it in a weeks time.. What the **** must happen now between now and next week.. I want my car fixed by the end of this week.. And if it's booked In what the hell must I use I the Interim

Already you took a month for fixing,

Good Day My car was booked in for over a week for the second time, but nothing is fixed. we cant drive that car, the engine light is still on and the idling is off, my car looses power. Honestly this is incompetence from both parties Budget and Renew-It. My car was in perfect condition before the accident, Definelty your mechanics should have tempered with it. I fetched the car yesterday on the 10/04/2019 and today 11/04/19 its parked in my yard because its not drivable yet its been to reparaires. Malvern said the engine light and the idling could not have been caused by the accident, and I asked him how did he come to that conclusion. I repeat My wife drove that car every day to and from work and never had engine or Idling issues. Malvern further said that I should take my CAR TO THE MANUFACTURER FORD AND HAVE IT TESTED, AND I ASKED AGAIN AT WHO'S COST? BUDGET YOU ARE A DISSPOINTMENT AND A *******..RENEW IT GREENSTONE HAS SHOULD NOT BE UNDER CERTIFED MECHANICS, THEY ARE CHANCERS. I AM TAKING THIS TO OBMBUDS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND RADIO..I WILL NOT LET MY WIFE AND CHILD SUFFER IN THIS COLD WEATHER IN TAXIS DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCIES.
