My name is Millicent Mogale and I have signed with Budget insurance to cover my home . On the 21 of August 2019 my ceiling collapsed which caused my aluminium corner window to crack later that day I reported the matter to budget insurance as loyal customer . One of the consultant by the name of Nkosinathi referred me to the person who was in charge of my claim namely Joylene Naidoo . The following day she sent an assessor by the name of Willem koekemoer . I then did a follow up on the 23 of August in regards of the assessor still there was no feedback. On the 26 of August I did another follow up calling budget insurance company and again I spoke to Joylene Naidoo and she said my claim was unsuccessful due to the structure of the house and she said that she will elevate the matter the manager by the name of Yusrah Adams and she also gave the same response as Joylene Naidoo . Yusrah Adams then later referred me to the dispute department and I was in dialogue by lady called Thobile Thanqekwayo and the only thing she said to me is that this is a 50/50 case and that she will get back to me ASAP .

It has been a month and 2 weeks . There is still no response from anyone . This is utterly ridiculous I have been paying my monthly premiums without delays .

When I signed the contract I don't recall reading anything in print that stated any factors that will hinder my claim i.e the "structure of my house" This is Utter bull**** you can't ******* peaceful and loyal customer's by selling them dreams .

To make matters worse my partner did not authorize budget insurance company to cover my home but with my devoted will I still signed up not knowing such bull**** will occur.
