Incompetency

This company is becoming ***********, my debit went through two weeks bank their system still sending SMS that they haven't received payment, I called them several times they told me that it's a system error but now fixed. On the same I received email that the payment wasn't received, m tired of calling them to fix the error. From yesterday m receiving SMS that I have exceeded the monthly KM average, I usually get new kilos every month but now we are in new month but still saying I have exceeded my monthly KM. This insurance system is behaving like a ****. M now fed up about them, m always solving them , M tired now. They fix their incompetence
