Incompetence, ,, no assistance, no compassion for their clients

My name is Refilwe, I am insured with Budget insurance. Yesterday I got a breakdown on the N1 route to pretoria from zebidie.i called my insurance at around 16h50 and they told me to whatsapp my location on this no *** ,att Chad , I did nd 20 minutes passed without any response, I called again 17h20 and did the same procedure , this time they said I must send my registration no to the whatsapp no , I did and still no response and it was getting dark and my battery was on 5 % , so I send them an alternative no for them to reach me. I tried again twice with no assistance until the consultant told me that they can only tow me until Bela Bela to the nearest dealership bcoz they can only cover 29km and the rest will rest which is R3800 will be covered by me. My problem was theat they only telling me this information after 2 hours of calling and waiting for them. I then told them, it's late ,is the dealership still opened ,she then said no unfortunately it's closed , you have to find accommodation for R500 and then claim from them. I was frustrated, worried and stranded for 2 and a half hours. I then saw a guy from Karadioa towing who tried to assist me to say let me speak to your insurance and try to see if I can help you and they will subsidies, but the lady hang the phone without assisting me. After 4 hours I was towed home by Karadioa towing. I had the worst experience of my life yesterday and it is all thanks to budget insurance, if the first consultant told me what the 4th consultant said ,I would have gotten an assist from any towing company sooner.
