Incompetence and unprofessionalism

Am very unhappy with the service I got from budget I called 15:30, regarding roadside assistance, I got an sms of the guy coming to assist me, after abt 30mins I called the guy by Andre, apparently he canceled that his far and asked him what's the way forward since am here at work stucked waiting for him to come assist, he told me I should all my insurance. I did so I was on hold till I got the lady Noku who assisted me to get someone from roadside assistance department, spoke to Mathapelo. I have not received any smses from budget insurance regarding my assistance. It is now 17:37, waiting for assistance. Am failing to understand why haven't I been assisted waiting for tomorrow to come so I can be assisted, but when budget deducts from my account the get the money always and first to deduct. Now I need assistance no1 is able to help am so ****** ****ed right now, writing this complaint with a heavy heart that my boyfriend has to come all the way from Ga-rankuwa to Montana to assist me. And yet I have insurance who have promised me assistance. Please note that budget will refund petrol money for my boyfriend cause of ur incompetence and unprofessionalism. Am definitely not letting this one slide one bit. Been with budget insurance for almost a year now and this is the pathetic service I get... noway
