Impossible to cancel something, terrible electronic system, no help when you need help

'hi, i agreed to join budget subject to checking with my bank that i can change, but you signed me up anyway. Please cancel immediately'.This was my complaint, and after countless phone calls and complaints they still try to charge me. From a great conpany they have become absolute ******* it seems to me.
