Im sold what doesn't exist

They promise what they don't deliver. My claim was payed my the third party was never followed up. They said when I took the policy I will get 20% off when I purchase appliances, when I call the promotion doesn't exist anymore. They also promise to fixed home content and pay for the service such as plumbing but when I called to claim the services I was taken from pillar to post to date I cant claim for that service.
