I’m not happy with budget insurance service plan department

I have a service plan with Budget insurance today I took my my vehicle to Landan Auto to do service but they did not approve my claim they just registered it only.It is for the first time experiencing such a poor service.Last time I had a service plan with moto rite and they approve same time if it comes to service plan claims.I regret not renewing my contract with them and join this **** called Budget insurance and I encourage people not be insured with Budget insurance and those who are insured with Budget insurance to cancel their policies and join reliable insurance companies like moto rite or outsurance.I failed even going to work tonight because my car is not back yet.When I phone them they don’t pick up the phone.
