Ignored Opt-Out Requests and Unprofessional Conduct by Budget Insurance & Generate

I am extremely disappointed with the way Budget Insurance and their marketing partner, Generate, conduct their business. Despite my repeated requests to be removed from their database, I continue to receive daily sales calls.

Today alone, I spoke to Thabo John (likely not a real name) from Generate and later to Megan from Budget Insurance. In both cases, the moment I asked to escalate the matter to a manager, they abruptly ended the call instead of addressing my concern.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but also shows a disregard for customer rights and basic courtesy. It is unacceptable to continue contacting someone against their wishes, and to terminate calls when asked for accountability.

I would strongly caution others about engaging with Budget Insurance, given my experience. Respect for customers and compliance with opt-out requests should be a minimum standard, yet both Budget Insurance and Generate have failed in this regard.
