Ignorance

Budget insurance are very slow in attending matters.its been amonth since my car was involved in an accident and the have not done anything to help.no assessors sent to my house.i sent the documents they requested i just got auto reply, even aftet days goes by no one contuct me to tell .e whats happening.I have to uber to take my child to Saturday school. My wife knocks off at 21:00 she cant get home safely using puplic transport at at night. Its all stressfull situation, and its a pity for some people its just a business, but they forget for some people its important to have a reliable vehicle because of their needs.
