If you want to be *****ed go for Budget, today booked my car in for a coolant leak. The company submitted a claim with Budget and but came back saying my insurance policy(***) expired on 08 March 2021 while Budget have been continue debting money from my account. The lady I talked to said its not their responsibility to notice my that my policy is expiring or expired. The reject my claim. This is ***** at its best how can you continue debting someone for their account while you know the policy expired. Am definitely taking this to the Insurance Ombudsman.
