IF YOU HATE HAPPINESS JOIN BUDGET INSURANCE

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Budget insurance. My house burned on the 12th February 2020. I called budget to and make aware of what happened. I was assisted by a heartless lady called Florence. She declined my claim without a valid reason. I was hoping they will help me but I was wrong the only thing they know is to deduct our money and not deliver the service. Budget is so pathetic. I will never recommend anyone to join budget. You guys are nothing but **** and I want all my premiums from 2015 for the car and house contest.
