If having Budget is this Disappointing, I’d rather not budget at all

It seems I’m always having poor assistance from this company. Last year I had to write a review here so that I can get proper assistance. Again today I’m forced to write a bad review. Today, I called to cancel the insurance because their premiums are high. The consultant who was assisting me was talking over me for most of the call duration, and making it seem as though my changing insurance for a cheaper option wasn’t…..anyway, I think I’ve given myself and Budget a fair chance to prove themselves a good insurance company. I am disappointed
