I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance: Yesterday, I saw my cupboard doors would not close properly and we subsequently realized that our geyser might have bursted, and all of our cupboards at the top under our ceiling had water damage. Today I called Budget to tell them about our misfortune and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Starting by calling in, I never realized I was not speaking to an actual person, to ending the call with helpful Meghon. I have not claimed in many years and she made it super easy to log our claim. Thanks to Budget's friendly & professional staff, we now have peace of mind that everything will be sorted shortly 🙏
