I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance, I'm completely disappointed by the insurer. I was told that my claim will be processed within 24hrs by that did not happen, I waited until 24hrs lapsed, I tried calling but the phone wasn't answered, I was left stranded. I spent R37000 in fixing the vehicle but the insurer only assisted with R15600, which I think was quite unreachable. I'll be canceling this policy.
