I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance I was assisted by Vino Pillay. She is an absolute star. Our discussion was around cellphone insurance and home contents. She patiently took me through the details of what it entails and remained calm and friendly through out providing a real sense of comfort to me. She remained interested and attentive to all that I said which shoes her dedication to customer service. Our call lasted Minutes and I'm happy to say I have home contents and cars proudly insured with Budget. Well done to budget trainers, team leaders and management and the directorate.
