The moment the accident happened I called budget insurance emergency helpline, and Loraine answered. She kept me calm, guided me through the entire process, it made me feel reassured that the damage to my car will be sorted out and that the only thing I need to worry about is my physical health. They got a tow truck for me within 15 minutes, gave me all the details I needed for follow ups. Honestly without that call from Loraine I would have been panicking, worrying about my car instead of my health.
