I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance. I had an accident on the 20th March. I got assistance on my 1st call and also the tow truck process was easy. May case was captured by a wondeful soul by the name of Jamie Lee Chetty. She kept me informed of every step she made and also she was patient with me since i was struggling getting through to getting the incident report from TRAFFIC department. After i submitted all the required wow a super woman was unleashed Ms J i called her. Thank you so much
