I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance consultant Lungelo Ntuli, we are first time car buyers, we went to collect the vehicle and had to do vehicle inspection on the app before leaving the dealership. I am technology challenged, she was so passient, guided me step by step until completion and oops it was unsuccessful, she asked about what was displayed on the screen and figured it out that I did not press 'Upload' 🤣🤣eish technology. Lungelo kept me at ease with humor because I was panicking until it was successful and reminded me to tracker certificate. Thank you Lungelo Budget is lucky to have staff member that is competent.
