I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance

I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance. I've only ever had 2 claims. Unfortunately, both happened this year. My first claim was handled by Shane Gokul and my most recent by Evelyn Reddy and I am astonished at the professionalism and exceptional level of service that both these agents gave me during fairly traumatic times. I myself am in the insurance industry and understand that an agents job is highly stressful and often thankless, but you'd never know it from how you're treated by the staff. A massive thanks to both Shane and Evelyn and I hope acknowledgement is given to both of them for making sure your clients never feel like just another number in a sea of them. This is what retains clients and it's massively appreciated.
