I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance about the exceptional service that I received from Renel Wyngaard - Processing Consultant Claims. Where do I begin , on the 24th February 2025 I was involved in an accident in which I had a front smash and was panicking cause of costs and what my excess will be etc etc etc .After all the mayhem and doom - Renel called me and stated that she will be addressing and sorting my claim.This Lady took care of all my distress and continuingly kept me updated - called and made sure of all my options. She explained in detail and was so professional.It was truly a remarkable achievement by Renel. I personally would recommend Budget and Renel on their exceptional excellent service and special thank u to all the other Budget staff that assisted as well (Sanele Mabeta).Well done Budget Insurance.
