I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance

I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance. I received an awesome service from Alicia Munsamy. She was patient and called me back frequently with feedback. She was knowledgeable and advised me well. When I requested the claim to be reviewed, she escalated the matter and once my policy and claims history was reviewed, the request that I had made was granted despite the higher cost to the insurance company. Thank you Alicia. We need more people who do their job well in SA👍🏽👍🏽
