I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance. Since submission of my claim, Kasavani Kassim was daily updating me and advising me on its status. She has a very respectful and friendly tone not only in her voice but in her whole attitude towards my claim process. She took the time to ensure I understood the whole claim process. I did not have to follow up whereas she would ensure that I'm updated throughout. I really appreciate her excellent service she provided to me on behalf of budget insurance. Having a employee as her representing budget insurance providing such good customer services, I will definitely advise my relatives and friend to use budget insurance for any cover they need.
