I would like extend my gratitude and applaud *Portia Sibiya* for excellent customer service. As I lay awake in this hour which was 2am still trying to recover from the trauma caused by the car accident with my kids. I have never met anyone who is very calm and professional. In the mist of everything she was the sounding voice even during my hospitalization her work ethic made me at ease with the claim. I'm slowly recovering and still being attended by many Dr's, including psychologists and physiothe******s. Thank you so much Budget insurance, not enough is said about your service and to this day having been with quite a few insurances,nothing beats Budget insurance. The service is fast, consultants are very helpful and kind which eases everything else.
