I would have liked not to have had to go the CANCELLATION route to get a better premium, lower excess, and my car NOW being insured on RETAIL and not MARKET value. When I initially took out the cover on my car, when I asked them to lower the excess, my premium went HIGHER.... Now that I wanted to CANCEL, all of a sudden, they offered me LOWER of EVERYTHING!! I am grateful but still a bit annoyed Today, I spoke to TEVIN, and he was the one that got me to stay with BUDGET. Calm and friendly man. A real asset to Budget Insurance
