I went onto Hippo

I went onto Hippo.com on Saturday morning early hours and requested a quote. Nazerene Ahmed first called me around 8am while I was trying to bathe my temperamental 29 month old toddler. I requested her to call me back at 11:00. She was very thorough in answering my questions and winning me over. Even sent me through all the quotations I requested. I went through her emails at my leisure on Saturday evening and sent her an email for a callback at 09:45 on Monday and she did. As an individual who deals with client service and sales,I understand what it means to call back some one at their requested time and to provide great service is truly exemplary.
