I went online and requested that an agent call me back. Less than 5 minutes later an agent called me. The agent was Mr Damian Govender. He listened to each of my questions and answered with full details making sure I understood everything on my policy well. There after kindly helped me with processing my claim. Throughout he was patient and friendly, and guided me where I was unsure. During this difficult time he made me feel at ease and assured that everything will be okay.
