Greetings I am so disappointed with Budget insurance and telesure investment with the way they have handled my case from the first day since I was involved in an accident in September this year. At first the guy who called me didn't even show the sympathy on what happened he just started by asking me the questions that are irrelevant to what happened like where I was going and what I was going to do there and the medication that I took that morning so even if I am taking chronic medication I had to disclose that information to him. He carried on with his questions and he asked me if I was doing Bolt and I said yes and that's when he find the loophole not to pay for my claim saying that I was using the car for business and I was insured for private use. According to me Bolt is not business cause am doing it at my spare time and in their contract there's no clause that says I cannot do the Bolt with the car. During their investigations the appointed person came with false allegations telling me that there's people who said they saw me drinking beers walking with ladies I told him he must tell me who are those people so that when I go to court they must stand their ground and he said he cannot give me the names of those people and I told him he must take me to the Dr to determine when was the last time I was using alcohol because last time I drink alcohol it was more than 15 years ago. All in short I will like to inform our South African not to fall for this **** insurance called Budget Insurance and their underwriter called telesure investment cause it's only nice when they take premium from you but when it's time to pay for the claim they will go around looking for all excuses not to pay for your claim.
