I was with them before joining my resent insurance, my celling got broken after 25 years leaving in that house I reported the matter budget insurance send the assessor and my claim was rejected due to that assessor who is not a builder that the celling was not perfectly erected and how will I know because I bought that house with a celling I never knew how it was erected because I was not part of it then, but with budget insurance I was part after paying for my insurance for years. I'm really not happy with how they assess their customers problems.
