I was ******* and **** to so I can take an extra policy to cover my car tyres and rims and minor dents

My Name is Thandi Mabuya and I have a review to share about budget Insurance. I took a comprehensive insurance policy for my car, and I received a call from budget to insure minor dents and tyres and rims for extra. The guy convinced me so well that I took it same day, the one for tyres and rims first and in December I took the one for minor dents. They told me that with this one I dont pay Access and I believed them. Today 13/01/2020 I called them to let them know that I need a new tyre because I have a slow punch, I wanted to claim and I was told for the first time that I have to pay Access for the tyres. I'm very angry because they **** to me to convince me to take the extra insurance policy to cover my car without access. I wouldn't recommend budget to anyone after the stunt they pulled on me. I asked them for the tapes that are recorded when they called me to take the policy. They said they will do their own investigation. Budget Insurance **** to me. They couldn't even give me the amount I have to pay for Access, they have to check my tyres first for them to determine the Access amount. I don't know which one upsets me most, the fact that they **** to me or the fact that I have to go blind not knowing how much I'm going to pay. I'm very angry and I will be looking for another Insurance company. I pay for 3 different insurances with them and this is how I am treated. This is my experience with budget Insurance on the 13th January 2020.
