I was provided a quote on my car with a premium we had agreed on
I was provided a quote on my car with a premium we had agreed on. Only to realise that they have loaded 1.0 instead of 1.4 on the system. When changing details they now increase my premium from R1600 to R2000, With the help of a consultant Pillay she managed to provide a discount to change it from R1600 to R1790 which I still feel is still alot as I was made to leave my insurance based on the provided quote
