I was promptly assisted when I called the emergency section and was directed to the claims department. I spoke to Brandon Persadh who was very much friendly and helpful enough to even call me back when network gave me a problem on the phone I used. He called me on the number registered with them and we went through the claim form by asking me questions and I answered to the best of my knowledge. He is indeed a great friendly and helpful person
