I was overcharged and having a claim as third party tht I’ve waited for months but last week which is Friday I call Lucille Esbie as she’s the person who’s always been there for me at all times, she assisted me and also make sure that she transferred my call to relevant department where I got assisted by Clair Naidoo.. within 24hr period my claim was finalised and again both of them they have time to return back and confirm if I also got the email and also give updates.. I would like to rate this two ladies 10/10 customer service..
