I was not happy with annual increment on premium

I was not happy with annual increment on premium. On raising the issue via email with Budget Insurance, I received a call. The lady who assisted me introduced herself as LeeAnn Rampersad. I'm happy with the way my complaint was addressed. She listened to my concern, offered to review the premium to the amount I can afford.
