I was just on a call with Thanduxolo Khuzwayo and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience! I had some issues with uploading a certificate to the portal. His response was to immediately send me an email so I can respond with the certificate that he can then upload on my behalf.. No stories, no issues, no nothing. The certificate was uploaded and he updated my cash back option before the call was ended. It took maybe five minutes. Wonderfully efficient and friendly! Thank you so much!
