I was involved in a car accident last year November, it was the other driver's fault

I was involved in a car accident last year November, it was the other driver's fault. Budget requested their information which I provided and had to pay access so my car can be fixed, which was. But until today they have done anything with the case and I haven't received my access back and have never received any positive feedback from them. They are the worst, they are just happy to receive monthly premiums but don't do their job when people claim from them. Bad customer service.
