I was canceling my insurance based on a bad service I got with regard to my debit order which was debited very early , compromised my funds and how it was handled on email query and also paying high premium even though I have 5 years no claim

I was canceling my insurance based on a bad service I got with regard to my debit order which was debited very early , compromised my funds and how it was handled on email query and also paying high premium even though I have 5 years no claim. Nowa was very good and went all the way to make sure he retain my services and even made sure I am saving R290 on my premium with a decreased access. Even made sure they won't be any early debit on my account only on agreed date.
