I was assisted by an official called Darien Sigamoney, and he assisted with me whole heartedly. At some point my airtime finished and he called me back. I was requesting a cross border letter that I requested yesterday and never received. He assisted me with that, and waited until I receive it on my side before he ended the call. I truly appreciate what he did, and wish more could do that
