I was assisted by a very kind lady Ravona that had a lot of patience even to the point of calling me back when my airtime ran out. She was curtious and respectful as well as professional in her attitude. She explained everything in detail and was very informative in my questions towards her. I will recommend her as a good assistant with a pleasant manner as well as extremely professional. She put me at ease when I did not completely understand.
