I was assisted by a lady with the name Jadene

I was assisted by a lady with the name Jadene. I think what most insurance companies forget when taking money from clients is that we are people and we have fears and we pay for peace of mind when getting a cover. Jadene is at the very top of the list of insurance people who treated me like I was human. Her kindness and sensitivity to my concerns (and her ability to sale a human approach) was comforting. I appreciate her being open to the million questions I had and for representing the human side of the company well. Thank you Jadene
