I wanted to insure my second hand car and the lady who was assisting me, she was very patient with me, she made sure that I understand everything she was explaining. She kept on repeating what she was explaining so that I understand. Her name is Simphiwe Zulu. I would prefer her to assist me again, should I require assistance.
