I wanted to cancel my policy with Budget Insurance but Ntuthuko Hadebe managed to get me a reasonable cover! And she reminded me that sometimes cheap is expensive, I may get a cheaper insurance but end up not getting the service I've been paying for! So I shouldn't focus on the amount I pay, but instead I should focus on the quality of the service delivered!
