I WANT MY REFUND PLEASE
<p>I cancelled my policy with Budget due to their high monthly premium and I have joined Outsurance since then.</p> <p>Till today I have not received my refund because according to the consultant: I did not request MY MONEY to be refunded upon cancellation. Another ridiculous explanation was that they do not process refunds mid-month BUT they can process debits with a speed of light.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I please get my money back Budget!</p>

Kindly be advised that it is stated in your terms and conditions of your insurance policy that 'if you cancel your policy during the course of an insured month, the premium paid for the rest of the month will not be refunded to you'
We can however understand how upsetting this is for you and the fact that you have cancelled the cover relatively early in the month and confirmed that you already have alternate insurance; we have therefore made a business decision to refund the balance of the premium.
Please note that the monies will reflect in your account withing 5 working days.
