I want my refund now!!!

Very disappointed in Budget Insurance! I cancelled cover from 8 May 2019, premium were deducted on 2nd of May 2019 for the entire month (the debit order were supposed to be on the 30th as requested when joining), I have joined another insurer as they were much cheaper. When I requested my refund for the portion of the month not covered you just state it is your terms and conditions. Well those terms and conditions is clearly theft as it is not for services redered by you! You are not entitled to that money. Santam deducted a proportionate premium from me, that it how it works!!!!

I want my refund now!!!
