I want my phone BACK
On the 22th of December 2015 I logged a claim for my cellphone which was damaged. I paid my excess on the 23rd of December and was told I would receive it after 4working days today is the 5th of January 2016 and I still don't have my phone and it hasn't even been sent to admin plus yet. What the hell ? I want my phone!!!!! I am now dealing with admin plus on my own and for two weeks you have been waiting for parts? This is too long and you guys are not calling me I want my phone and my niece excess back and my policy cancelled. This is ****
