I want my money back Budget Insurance

I am not happy with Budget Insurance for taking my money on the 18th December, without joining their Car insurance. I have called, send emails to Retentions and dispute solutions for my refund, but till to date, no outcome from them. I want my money back because i did not agree to their revised offer.
