I WANT ALL MY PREMIUMS BACK AND BRING BACK MY TV
I'm very disappointed, dissatisfied, angry about the service from Budget, when they are marketing their products they do everything right to get you to join them but when it comes to claims they drag their feet they even promise to call you but they don't, I even sent an email to disputes even today there no call. They'll call you before knock off time knowing that they don't have to call you till the next day or worst of all on A Friday before knock OFF TIME knowing that you'll have to wait for Monday. I want all my premiums back and my TV back, a whole MONTH WITHOUT MY TV. REALLY WOW!!! I PAID DSTV FOR NOTHING AND IT'S NOW DUE I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR WHAT???
