I tried to call more than 4 times having to resolve an issue with debits, they kept me hanging, no return calls but on Tuesday a gentleman called Given Tshabalala came to my rescue. He is the only one so far who understands customer service and care. He assisted me 💯 he kept on making follow up calls until today when the matter is resolved. Thank you Given.
